Until next time Chile
There is so much I want to say in this blog.
Our time in Chile was wonderful, the love and the people. I adored the absolutely stunning landscapes, which require you to pinch yourself to feel that this is all real. The rugged landscapes that make you feel minuscule whilst you marvel at how rugged and raw Mother Nature truly is. Places that are still wild show you that you don’t have control. These places make you see the world differently.
I will miss Chile, but I have a feeling I’ll be back. Here’s a quote I like:
“You will never be completely at home again, because part of your heart always will be elsewhere. That is the price you pay for the richness of loving and knowing people in more than one place”
I feel like this quote is so true, but this truth does not make me sad it makes me happy because the fact that I get the opportunity to meet wonderful people from all over the world is amazing. The fact that I miss them means that I loved their company and that maybe one day we can meet again.
The above I tell myself, but I am definitely the person to get sad when I leave a place or people, I feel I had a connection to. I feel sad when I don’t know if I will ever be back, if or when I will ever meet these people again.
I am so happy to have travelled through Chile for the last 3 months. I feel grateful and lucky when I look back on the last three months. We got to experience some wonderful things that some people will never get to see in their lifetime. I feel in credibly lucky that my family is fortunate enough to be able to finance this trip.
While traveling for the last 6 months our world views have been challenged almost every day which I think leads to a lot of growth.
I have loved every area of Chile that we have visited everything from Valparaiso, Chiloe Island, Patagonia and the Atacama Desert. I always learned something new. Below is a little photo collection of some cool experiences we had in Chile.

So, I guess this is where I close the chapter on Chile and start a new one.
Thank you, Chile, for all the incredible memories and experiences. You truly blew my socks off.
Next blog is about the flights to Costa Rica
